It Started with a Single Road Trip
In 2005, Fiona MacLeod returned to Edinburgh after a decade abroad, eager to rediscover the country she'd grown up in. What started as a personal project — mapping Scotland's best hidden experiences — quickly became something bigger.
Friends asked for recommendations. Then their friends. Then strangers. The word spread organically, fueled by genuine passion and insider knowledge that no guidebook could capture.
Today, Audley Travels Scotland is a team of six dedicated specialists, each bringing their own regional expertise. From the Northern Isles to the Border country, we live and breathe Scotland — and we want to share it with you.
